Has anyone bought the Classic Rock's tribute to Machine Head, Re-Machined? I saw a video the other week & it look interesting so I thought I would get it but I've yet to see it in the shops.

I would be interested to hear other Purple fans thoughts on the tribute.

My favorite albums are Machine Head , Concetro for Group and Orchestra, and Nobody`s Perfect (some freak had stolen this album from me when i moved from one flat to another couple of years ago, i hope there is now one DP fan more).

Deep purple were also one of the first bands I got into (along with Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin).I wore out my copies of Machine Head and In Rock. I kinda have an off the wall favorite though--their Self titled 'Deep Purple.' I always had a thing for Rod Evans.

Deep Purple are the reason I got into Rock music. 24 Carat Purple was constantly being played in the Sixth Form Room at school and was the first Purple album I bought.

For all those that say Deep Purple is better than Led Zeppelin-LOL-No way in hell is Deep Purple better!  Your all dilusional if you honestly believe that.

Best concert I've ever seen was DP in Anaheim 72 in fact I've written
