- Layla, Thanx alot for being my first friend!!!! Hope all is well. Clapton is my favorite artist, i have over 130 CD's of him. Alot of Boot concerts..Just about every era, except the Money and Cigarretes tour, but i saw that one live.
Also saw the Ronnie Lane tribute at MSG, NYC in 84. Clapton, Page w/paul Rodgers vocals, Jeff Beck ( last song was Hi Ho silver lining w/ Andy fairweather Low on Vocals) Joe Cocker and then the encores. They all came out and Page did Staiway ( no vocals, but the crowd sang it) There could be a clip under Page on Yoytube, then Layla. At the end all 3 e-Yardbids traded licks.......I'll remember that the reat of my life.........Again Thanx for replying...........Gary-Florida

- Oh yeh, i forgot Floyd as 1 of my top 5.So many, its hard to pick. I saw the Animals/Wish you were here tour ( original memebers ) in 77 at Madison Sg Garden . NYC Still remember the GIANT pig coming out and blowin everyone away.
Also i saw 2 nights in a row Roger Waters Pros and Cons concert with Clapton. Unbelievable!! Clapton didnt say 1 word, was dressed in black and just wailed....
Just joined this group, been to well over 125 concerts. So i'm into Rock big time.........Later all, gary
