same here Karen :) I designed and wrote many many systems over the years for Erie County in New York State. I programmed in Oracle for 23 years and programmed in SAP for the last 8 before retiring at age 55 last year :)

Oh - I LOVED IT!! I had the perfect job for me. I was born to track data. I loved my job every day I worked. Only retired because my pension ended up just about being as much as my salary so I was working for $100 per month.

uhhuh thats why your so sharp on here with Karen the Techies lol I think its cool I wish I had some techies around me I have the salt of the earth around here and thats cool to their my people.Before I left Il I had some reall cool experiences 1 Vietnamese student that had no where to live I let him stay at my place.hiep was a character always would ask me could I do something lol A few hours a week he would list for me.He made a lot of mistakes but would do hundreds of lps in an hour what would take me a day lol always fixing the computers.he would take pics of almost every meal & send them home and all kinds of crazy stuff my little buddy.Anyways he would constantly ask me to help I would tell him hiep you help me more then I help you dont worry about it lol.I always had wayword souls or whatebver staying at my place.I liked doing that but my home was turning into a shelter alomst lol I dont like being by myself I bore myself after awhile lol.I cant wait to get a pig lol

lol funny you say that most of the population are so in tune with their TVs that they wake up if you turn them off I knew many like that.I hate the comercials especially I cant sleep with TVs going Now music as long as it isnt some yelling screaming disc jokey after every song & commercials I can listen to all night and sleep like a baby I had a timer so it would shut off by its self at like 11 or 12 the witching hour. I despise Tvs everyone especially those that lived with me knew not to blast it and I even lost relationships because I cant even try to watch it.maybe a movie opr something without any interuptions because I read the true messages on everything I see i am like know what the score is.even church or the weather gets their propaganda pushed .again thats also a personal choice I basically feel TVs are the biggest most dangerous propaganda tools ever used.the dummy box is a perfect definition lol Its so sad that so many it takes years for them to understand.Some never do sometimes i wish I didnt but I do so I must always get the message out before I and everyone else is silenced

wellazeppy Karen their is a lot of them lol probably almost as many as fans that judge a band even one as diverse as say King crimson by their biggest hit 21st century Schitzoid man which is also played to where I dont really look forwatd to listening to it unless its live Man.That is such a sad travesty because King Crimson is such a vast musical undertaking.the only constant member has been Robert fripp.He is one of the most coolest people.He never did autographs I had many of the others but he thinks that he is just a regular artist and doent feel that his autograph is important.Also he never states anywhere that King crimson is his band.Its everyones and he loves to have all the various influences through out the years.Even though its like 1 of my favorite bands I of course with as any band have ab few of the newer recordings I do not care for at all.But when you are creating and exploring of course their is going to be some parts and even wholes that some arent going to care for.Thats what is so exciting & that is why I always encourage anyone to create or listen to whatever they choose because that eventually leads to a new directon new musical horizons so exciting and sadly some artists are scared others my favorites werent concerned only about the almighty dollar they were passionate about their musical development as well as exploring the vast musical world not imprisoned by top 40 whatever.tommy Bolin did some tremedous work all over with all types of artists but his favotite band was Energy. The music Industry wouldnt back it he couldnt even get signed with them.Luckily i had some of teir stuff but Tommys brother as well as others started offering these recording again but theier rare.Some of the musicians on there as well as others can not believe that this cutting edge music with all these talented artists almost was lost in obscurity

a few that stand out in my mind Dream police by Cheap trick What in the heck were they thinking about lolAll Boston songs after the second lp actually even more then a Feeling because top 40 run it to the ground as their known to doBTO was another band that I lie but am sick of thanks to top 40 van Halen was another band after their first 2 I not only avoided them but actually always thought that they were way over rated includidng Eddie who is a decent guitarist but come on their are probably at least 50 that could run circles around him.REO Speedwagon after their first two and the live whenever were the poster boys for top 40 homogenized caca lol Maybe it hadd something to do that I lived next to one of their original roadies who all summer would be out in the yard drunk a& singing playing them.cool dude that i loved i seen girls f-him around he lost everything first his van then they repoed his furniture and last his place no girls or party friends came to offer any help He kept his boom box and cds and an old stereo system and a few mementos.I loved the Golden Country I also despised everytime in illinois every record collection their would be all the REOs Stx cheap trick John Cougar I couldnt give them away lol Hope your doing alright and hanging in their Zepp with the high techers they will help you along im a bad influence so just talk to me but no high tech questions you will be screwed like me.just look at my profile 7 that took me almost all night lol Good people on here 7 sadly a zeppelin cronie is gone I think you wouldve loved his profile it was totally zepped out to the max Ironically last night I found some pics on their that I had never seen. maybe i jinxed him like I jinx evryone that works on my place as well as all kinds of strange twilight zone happenings here lol

Sadly I know Ill never here the end of it but the Beatles never were my cup of tea.I Then radio really ruined it for me because they beat it down to the ground. I havve like 15 lps or so by them just for guests sake. Almost every lp has more then a few songs I do not care fo at allr.again thats a personal thing.They were a great band and did so much for rock but I am far from a Beatles fan Musically they werent talented.Good song writers but after that.John Lennon waa a very special man.Not so much for his music but his getting the message out.. about stairway its also a song they stole from Spirit thats what makes it even more insane. But again for each their won words I not only preach but practice.i .

We all have different taste. I never used to like the beatles when they were popular and never understood why everyone was so into them. As time has passed I really appreciate the Beatles..

my favorite song on this was shes so cold that gutar riff is fantastic i cant even remember anything else off thiat lp basically I have it but its not even close to their legendary releases late 60's early 73 after other then a few half way good lps goats head soap like 4 or 5 songs Angie is among them as well as DDo heratbreaker dancing with Mr D and Star f a starIt only rock & roll black 7 blue emotinal rescue tattoo you was alright but some Girls was a almost legendary lp..It returned them to hwere they were doing simple rock as well as ballads and country and even Miss you has a good sound for being discoish every song is important.after their music basically lost appeal they were like I gtta go have a good weekend everyone keep rocking until your heads knocking or your bodys dropping or hearts stopping lol
