Hi guys! So I'm just getting my first glimpse into Joe Bonamassa - sound awesome (better late than never right?) Very Led Zeppelinesque. Really like 'So Many Roads' in particular... was curious to know what other favorite songs and albums you guys like from him?

Rich...

I first saw Joe years ago when he was just starting out...he opened for Tull one tour.  He was entertaining, technically very proficient but at the risk of sounding way to set in my old fashioned ways...I didn't then and don't now find him all that exceptional.

Sorry!

Ed

Rich this is not your first taste of Joe. He was the guitarist in Black Country Communion, there are several of their videos posted here on CRN. He has two albums with Beth Hart which are great. He has several live albums, you can't go wrong there. He also has a funk instrumental  band called something like Rock Candy Funk Party which is really good.

I SAW HIM WHEN HE WAS 16, PLAYING WITH A BAND CALLED BLOODLINE.

There's a bunch of cool live videos of Joe here: http://www.evergig.com/artists/Joe_Bonamassa

The one in Paris has a nice, rambling Midnight Blues. Really laid-back vibe.
