There's a Zep tribute band here in TX called Swan Song, northern TX altho they're starting to branch out around the state. They're pretty good, especially the singer Rich.

Back in Black (I think)-Brian Johnson-era AC/DC

Dirty Deeds is an excellent AC/DC cover band in the Chicago area. They perform mostly Bon Scott-era tunes... which are the ones I love!

Our local Naples Philharmonic Orchestra has recently hosted several symphonic tributes(Zeppelin, The Eagles, Pink Floyd) put together by Windborne Music and fronted by former Zebra lead vocalist Randy Jackson...and others. Truly amazing shows...Here's a link to their website

He came by in 2008, played with the San Antonio Symphony. It was amazing..I'm trying to find a boot for it

Hi Linda here!

I used to regularly see cover bands play in live music venues in and around Sunderland. The bands I thought were really brilliant were:

FM: They do covers of various bands including Led Zeppelin, Iggy Pop etc. and do brill renditions of Rockin in the Free World, Should I Stay or Should I Go, and Whole Lot Of Love. They also include their own stuff.

Black Rose: A Thin Lizzie tribute band. Excellent lead guitar!

Free At Last/Freeway: Excellent Free and Bad Company band.

Led Zeppelin Tribute Band

Get the Led Out - East Coast based(US) They are fantastic. The have multiple guitarists to fill the void of jimmy's double and triple tracking. Amazing rendition of the lemon song and moby dick.

Pink Floyd Tribute Band

The Australian Pink Floyd - Endorsed by David Gilmour, Played his 50th birthday bash. They have all the aspects of a Floyd live show and are amazing musicians.

There are so many Beatles tribute bands out there and many of them are fantastic. I've seen a lot of them but to name a few of my faves: The Fab Four (probably one of the best, if not THE best that I've seen), 1964 The Tribute, The Mahoney Brothers, Rain.
