Now i disagree with part of that. I think Paul and George are the best Beatles.

Paul had some very good releases [Ram, Flaming Pie] and he also had some of the worst stuff ever recorded [Mccartney II, Red Rose Speedway]. Overall he appears to be out to make a quick buck on his perceived topic of the times..........

Agreed!

While John is my favorite Beatle (and always has been), he's 1/4th of the greatest band that ever lived.  Together, they were phenomenal.  Apart, they floundered, bombed and had huge success (all 4 of them).  I happen to love Wings more than most of Paul's solo material.  I think he needs the support (and competition) of a band to really shine.

I agree with you Robin 100%

Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey is my first pick. Jet is my second best. As far as the love songs I'm going with Maybe I'm amazed.

Flaming Pie is one of the best albums made by ANYONE......  also anything off of "Ram"

"Dear Friend" is still my favorite McCartney track.

I prefer the early stuff! Through Wings Wild Life beyond that was hit and miss to me, mostly miss. RAM is prob. my favorite solo album.

I just got New by Paul a few days ago & it's a great album creatively, musically, artistically.  I dig everything Beatles & solo albums with a huge bias most of the time.  My favorite solo songs from McCartney would be Hi Hi Hi, Junior's Farm, Soily & Coming Up.
