The Beatles - Revolution Take #20 Listen to it! Read about it!
I have to hear the whole 25 minute version of Helter Skelter before I'm in the grave. Hopefully I will get the chance in the next 30 years or so since that is one of the last gems from the Beatles I gotta hear.
I'll never understand why Paul didn't tour the U. S. back in 79 when Back To The Egg was released no matter if it wasn't a hit album at the time. It's a great album looking back on it 34 years later & the album cover is a classic. I think he was at a crossroads as an artist at the end of the decade before the infamous pot bust in Japan in January of 80.
Hey Wayne, You know your Beatles/Who project is kinda 1/4 true.(not sure of my math)(lol) But Zak Starkey is the current drummer for The Who!!
It would be great if Paul & Ringo got together with Daltrey/Townshend for a supergroup of epic proportions along with one album/one tour if it ever happens. I don't believe it's gonna happen but it would be a helluva finale for these 4 rock legends.
The Beatles(White Album) is the greatest rock album ever made with all others like the debut album from Van Halen, Back In Black by AC/DC, The Wall by Pink Floyd & Born TO Run by Bruce Springsteen. I got it for Christmas back in 76 when I was young & it knocked the hell out of me.
