I have to say the Moody Blues deserve to be in it. Amazing band. Crazy they aren't in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (but can you believe ABBA are!) Who do you think should be in it, but aren't?

Wow, I didn't realize how many people aren't in that should be!!

Moody Blues and Rush, definitely.  On the other hand, the RRHOF has become such a joke that I'm not sure I would want them in.

If these ppl are not inducted (especially SRV and Albert King) then I don't really care about RRHOF! If they would put Abba in and not Rush, something is wrong with this picture.

the rock and roll hall of fame is a joke if they used the same criteria as football, baseball, basketball and hockey hall of fame 3/4 of the artists in there wouldn't had ben voted in

Rush and Joan Jett And The Blackhearts

Moody Blues defenitley should be, Stevie Ray Vaughn. ABBA is because they sold so many records, unfortunatly. I hate 'em too but what can you do?

RUSH, King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Deep Purple, UFO, and many more!

As we know the R and R HoF is run by Rolling Stone. Had a look at one of the voluminous tomes of rock album history. BOC given some slight attention - Styx were machine gunned with 1 star ratings - they looked like bullet holes. Rush albums  average 2 1/2 stars out of 5. ELP were written out of the picture entirely. Jethro Tull did ok but 2- 3 star ratings from Rolling Stone is not going to put them into the HoF. Spirit were also omitted entirely. There's probably more "valid" criteria that will affect all the other artists and their achievements but this is the source of all this. Rolling Stone = Priests of Syrinx! (This is not a compliment).

Blue Oyster Cult should be there for Astronomy alone. Not to mention how they ended up "owning" Born To Be Wild (due respect to the Steppenwolf original) - some of the concert versions are killer jams as the song moved with them from B side to Broadside! Oh, gone off topic... oh well. ')

rush has been around for fourty years and still make albums why are they not in the hall of fame. there great

I agree with all of the previous bands but would like to add Brian Epstein.

Steve Miller..it's like why not???..probably after he passes away they will.
