I really enjoy a lot of progressive rock music such as The Moody Blues etc.. One of my favorites by them is "OM" I also enjoy a lot of sitar works
I find meditating to a lot of this to be very relaxing.
The moody Blues, Floyd, kinda the same uplifting experience I share here.
Ever try clearing your mind? not easy to do but give it a try to this video.
