As far as I know, it's about David Bowie's former wife, Angie. Years ago, I saw her on Heraldo. She talked about the song and said some not so nice things about the 3 of them way back when and how the song came about. It's been too long, so I don't recall specifically what she said. I just recall that I was appalled. It might be on YouTube or some other place. Who knows.
