Mine is definately "War" by Edwin Starr..his powerful voice with those lyrics captured the Vietnam War protest right on...

How about "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" from The Last Waltz concert/documentary. The Band was phenomenal during that concert and the interviews were both hilarious and informative.
