Eww, remastered by modernized techology, nothing beats the sounds of The Beatles on vinyl, but if that's your thing...

It is. I want to hear them as clearly as humanly possible.
I can, and do appreciate their sound on vinyl, and have the vinyl to play when I'm in such a mood. :-)

I'm still not sure. It looks awesome but I'm not a "gamer" and I've never played Rock Band before. I'd like to get it just because it's the Beatles but I honestly don't know if I'd ever play it. I would probably just look at it. And it costs way too much money to buy it just for that, I think. Money I don't really have.

I'm entirely excited by the remasters. I'm looking forward to this more than anything else. But I'd never listen to them on the iPod. I prefer to listen on Cd for better quality and in the format (tracklist and order, etc.) that the lads wanted it to be listened to.

I agree. I'm a total iPod addict, but these remasters will be played on a real stereo with real speakers or headphones! :-)

I picked up both remastered box sets last week actualy..we have arecord store that sells releases a week ahead of the rest of the country!!! They sound amazing even on my 5.1 surround system....you can hear thigns that you couldnever hear prior on these remasteres....they bow away the originals...they are nice sets, but really lackign in bonus material, which none exist....a pity really...they could release several box sets of unreleased and outakes, alt versions of their material , perhaps oneday they will..as for the rock band version, that is for kids in my opinion...not really a videogame nerd...
