Battersea Power Station - Demolish, Re-develop or Leave Alone?

It all looks very nice on paper but other developers are also bidding for the site. Chelsea football club want to build a 60,000 seater stadium and others are planning to construct a 2,000 space multi storey car-park!
All Pink Floyd fans out there - I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I'm so glad you guy's are thinking the same as me. Apart from ruining the whole feel of the building and it's links with Pink Floyd, I simply don't think that we can afford to take on a venture of this size after forking out for a new Olympic stadium and the expense that the Games bring with them (great though they are). But then again..... the end result would be much better than a multi-storey car park!! :/
