Great question! What is yours? ;)
Mine is Jeff Healey from the "HellTo Pay" tour 90-91! Hard to keep those much older, wife had hard time understanding keeping shirts with big holes!! Next is a Stones from '95!
My father hated rock music and wouldn't let me listen to it in the house. My friends helped me get to concerts. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't have been allowed to wear a t shirt. So, I never got a tee shirt from a concert :) I had to wear dresses every day until I was in high school. I survived it and became a bit of a rebel because they were so strict.. Maybe one of these days I will get a t shirt :)
lol - love it!
Yeah sad to say I really don't buy shirts at shows any more for the simple fact you can get the same shirt online now and usually cheaper! Or at least not at the same time you just spent way too much for the tix to show in the first place! I like to find the guy in the parking lot with the bootleg shirts!! To me they are more like original shirts to the event!
I have never bought that sort of stuff at gigs as I believe you're always going to get ripped off. But my kids know the sort of stuff I like so I get bought them on birthdays etc. I am currently wearing Pink Floyd (DSOTM), Hendrix, Bowie, and The Beatles.
Pink Floyd
I dont have any t-shirts from days gone by, but 2 of my oldest Ticket-Stubs are from Kiss in the late 70's(Yeah, was underage, but got smuggled in by a buddies brother) and Pink Floyd from bout the same time....Ohhhhh the memories
Haha! that's funny because I all most said tix in this discussion instead of t-shirts!
