Comment by Cali Grown on August 10, 2009 at 1:12pm: I love Skynyrd, but what stands out most to me is, Gimme Three Steps, That Smell, Saturday Night Special, and Simple Man. Poorly made movies have commercialized Free Bird, Sweet Home Alabama, though they're really great songs, but Lynyrd Skynyrd isn't Much without Ronnie Van Sant. Gary Rossington is still a bad ass guitar player, I stay true to the original line up. Long live Lynyrd Skynrd!!!!

I hear they are back on tour without Billy Powell since his passing, I have no idea how they will ever be able to pull this off, he can never be replaced.
