I prefer the Naked version. There isn't that much of a difference, but there are a lot of little things about the Naked version I like better

what makes them different?
'Let It Be...Naked' is a lot more raw, where as Let It Be has a lot of overdubbing using the Wall Of Sound.

I am not positive but I think that Lennon and McCatney were in disagreement over the production of Let It Be with the Naked version (released in 2003) being more of Paul's vision.

Once again, there are differences between the two, yet not drastic differences. Yet, personally, I strongly recommend the Naked version to big Beatles fans.
John thought PAUL stole all close-ups and edited to falter himself - this was John's way to get back - as you can see in the movie in the seen where PAUL is bossing around GEORGE - PAUL is not all sweetness
Was to be a live concert record - not overdubs
I became a Beatles fan one month before the release of "Naked". I heard Naked before I heard the original "Let it Be". I prefer "Naked" over the original, however, both are essential in my music library.
I prefer the Naked version because that's how it was meant to be released in the first place before Phil Spector got a hold of it.
amen
I also do not like the little intros to the songs on Let It Be, which are omitted on the Naked version.
NO ONE KILLED ANYONE ON NAKED - PHIL IS A MADMAN
For me it's a mixed bag.  I like certain tracks on each.  I guess I'd like a "Let It Be... Scantily Dressed"
I like both versions. I have Let It Be on vinly. Love the photos. Naked is good because it had the original track of ' The Long and Winding Road'. Paul was mad when Phil had added strings and a double drum on his song. It's great to get the real deal!
Definitely prefer Naked - better track listing - starting with Get Back and including Don't Let Me Down
