Gordon Lightfoot is a Canadian music legend. The then struggling folk singer came to prominence in the early 60s and his songs have been recorded by a who’s who of artists such as Elvis, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Jerry Lee Lewis, Barbara Streisand, Ian and Sylvia, Peter, Paul and Mary, Sarah McLachlan and John Mellencamp.
